Export Index of Songs

Is it possible to export the songs to a CSV file or even just the title of songs?

Click with the right mouse button on the schedule, then "Copy Titles". This will copy the titles of the song to the clipboard.
You can download the SongReport Plugin and export a list of all songs into an Excel File.
Another option is File->Import Song/Bible->Export songs from schedule to CSV.

How do I export an index of all songs to a csv? I have tried downloading and running Songreport, but haven't figured out how to go from there.

The SongReport only exports to an Excel *.xls file. If you want to export all songs to a *.csv file, then you will have too add all songs to the schedule, then use the Export to csv function from inside SongBeamer.
