Hi Pastor Bello, We try to send you the license key within 1-2 hours during weekdays, most of the time even during the weekend. Sometimes we're traveling then it could take 24 to 48 hours. So please don't wait until the last minute. Sometimes customers don't receive their license keys because they'r...

We have an importer that used to work for OpenSong:
http://www.songbeamer.com/bin/SongImporter.exe
Please let us know if you have any trouble or if OpenSong has changed their file format. I haven't checked that for a while.

It seems there was a problem with distributing the correct version of the SBPPV2003.dll file. Could you please download and install the current version 4.35 again and see what happens? The SBPPV2003.dll should be version 4.35.1.0 I'm a bit confused about the "SongBeamer cannot open PowerPoint Viewer...

Can you give me the "Product Version" (for example: 14.0.7151.5001") and language of the PowerPoint Viewer you're using (in Explorer: right-click on the file PPTView.exe, then Prop...

Here's a "getting started" document with general instructions: http://download.songbeamer.de/SongBeamer%20Getting%20Started.pdf The OSX version doesn't include a help document yet, because the Windows .chm document won't work in OSX. Currently there is a link to the help wiki, but that is only avail...

You can create a file with the name Categories.txt in the folder for the global SongBeamer configuration files and fill it with your own set of categories. %SongBeamer% My Category 1 My Category 2 The easiest way to do this is this: Use Tools->Macros, and add the following text: // Opens categories ...

Bible support is still in development, because there is still a few issues. But you can already use the things that work. Use File->"Import Song/Bible"->"From SongBeamer Bible (*.bib)" to import a bible from the Windows version. The bible function will appear in the toolbar when you restart SongBeam...

SongBeamer accepts 4 encodings for sng files: ANSI, UTF-8, Unicode, Big-Endian-Unicode. When reading a *.sng file, SongBeamer takes a look at the byte order mark (first 2-3 characters of the sng file). This will determine the encoding that is used when reading the file. If there is no byte order mar...

You need to install a DirectShow Filter for Audio CD if you want to play Audio CDs. You can use this one: http://www.songbeamer.de/bin/AudioCDPlugIn.exe Please keep in mind that a *.cda file is only a link to the audio data. So you cannot copy the *.cda files to your hard disk, otherwise it will not...

This one sounds easy, but I don't like the consequences. For example some Publishers are selling bibles for SongBeamer. These are still being shipped on a physical CD. We don't have a download link for the AMP bible on our website. So this part of your question doesn't make sense to us. Background images need to go into the backgrounds folder. This is typically My Documents\SongBeamer\Backgrounds. You can right click the top node in the folder tree of the backgrou...
